The journey of Centred Edge traces back to 1985, when Walter Bellin founded Corporate Crossroads. In those early days, the concept of organisational culture was only beginning to gain the recognition it commands today. Walter was at the forefront of this movement in Australia, showcasing the profound impact and value of effective organisational culture. His work laid foundational principles that continue to influence the field to this very day.
Transitioning into the era that defines Centred Edge, a pivotal meeting between Walter and Kevin Janks in 2015 marked the beginning of a new chapter. Kevin, with his deep-rooted passion for mindset development and its critical application within businesses, had already been making waves in the industry. His innovative approach to cultivating organisational culture through collective mindset refinement quickly distinguished him as a formidable figure in the field.
This collaboration between Walter and Kevin was the genesis of what Centred Edge is today - a brand that marries a storied history of success with fresh, pioneering methodologies. Known for his intuitive grasp of how human behaviour, group dynamics, and organisational systems interact, Kevin equips organisations to not only adapt, but thrive—unlocking performance by elevating the way people think, relate, and lead.

Walter Bellin
Advisor
Since the 1970s, Walter has been at the forefront of developing methods that unlock the profound capabilities of individuals, teams, and organizations. He has helped shape the growth of over 100 senior leadership teams and more than 100,000 individuals. Walter has been recognised by some of Australia’s most distinguished leaders, including the Vice Chief of the Defence Force and a recipient of the Companion of the Order of Australia (AC)—the highest civilian honour awarded for eminent service to the nation. Well into his 80's, Walter spends the majority of his time writing and shaping the next generation of leaders in this field.
