The Defence Department faced a formidable challenge: the creation of a new logistics division that unified aspects of the Army, Airforce, and Navy. The goal was clear yet complex—foster cohesion, trust, and a unified culture among distinctly different military branches.

  • Objective: Corporate Crossroads, a precursor in thought leadership that contributed to what Centred Edge is today, was entrusted with designing and executing a leadership and culture program. The aim was to seamlessly integrate these diverse forces, ensuring the new logistics division's success from the onset.

Recognising the need for a sustainable impact, a 'training the trainer' program was also initiated, selecting 50 key individuals who would extend the training throughout the entire organisation.

  • Challenge: In an era where agility and resilience are paramount, we were tasked with an ambitious mission: to elevate an organisation's resilience, enhance productivity, improve employee wellbeing, and expand overall capability.

  • Solution: A meticulously designed 6-week program was initiated, setting the stage for a transformative journey. After the initial success and to ensure lasting impact and continued growth, regular follow-up sessions were incorporated, providing support and reinforcing the program's principles across program participants.
